The fabric is very durable and wind-resistant, and will keep light drizzle at bay too. It is a smock design, which allows a large map-sized tunnel pocket to be fitted across the chest with superb access on the move. You also get a hem drawcord and adjustable cuffs. On the hill this is a piece of kit, thanks to the very practical design. the price is good too compared to other options.

But It won't win awards for style and others definitely have the edge if appearance is more important to you than performance. The fabric is not stretchy, so freedom of movement comes from the slightly looser fit. There is no hood either.
