Returns Policy

Unwanted Items
Please complete our Customer Returns Form and return it along with the unwanted items to;

You will receive an e-mail to confirm we have received your item and a refund will be processed to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. The money normally shows in your account within 3 working days; however it is dependent on your bank.

The unwanted item, unless faulty, must be returned in a re-saleable condition. The item should not be damaged or used. The item must be returned with the original packaging and labels.

Please use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns. We recommend using a ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service depending on the value of the item. Please always check the courier’s terms and conditions for information on cover should an item go missing.

Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse you for any return postal costs in the event of a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the unwanted item, unless faulty, must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving the item.

 

Exchanging Items

If you wish to return an item for exchange, please complete our Customer Returns Form and return it along with the unwanted items to;

Items Sent in Error

Please accept our sincere apologies if we have sent you an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via telephone (01254 822220) with your order number and we will endeavor to get the correct/ replacement item posted to you on the same day for you to receive the following day.

Faulty Items

We want you to be satisfied with the item you have purchased from us, we will provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the item turns out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered.

In some circumstances we may have to wait for third party confirmation that the goods are indeed faulty (in the event of a return of a faulty item that needs to be assessed by the manufacturer.)

If you believe the item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible via telephone (01254 822 220) with your order number so we can discuss the matter personally.
