We will only accept clean footwear for resoling. All footwear will be placed in quarantine for 72 hours before being processed.

Items that have been returned or extensively handled, including tried-on shoes or clothes, will be quarantined for 72 hours, or cleaned before being placed back onto the shop floor.

SPECIALIST BOOT FITTING SERVICE

Whilst our Specialist Boot Fitting & Customisation Service will operate slightly differently than before, to keep you and our team as safe as possible, the result will remain the same – comfortable and supportive footwear so you enjoy the great outdoors.
