Specialist Boot Fitting Service

During your fitting service our fitters will take detailed measurements of your feet and discuss with you your requirements.

While we take the measurements to assist us in choosing the style and size of footwear there is no better indicator than the way they feel on your feet.

We ask all customers to please wear the footwear around the house for a few hours and if you are not happy, don’t wear the footwear outside. You can either return for a full refund or book a follow up “Aftersales Service” appointment with our senior fitter to discuss your concerns.

Once your footwear is worn outside it is no longer returnable (unless faulty).

All our footwear comes with a manufacturers warranty. The warranty is dependent on the proper aftercare of your footwear (cleaning and proofing regularly).

bringing Boots in for repair or adjustment?

Please ensure your footwear is completely clean (both the sole units and the uppers), if your footwear is not in clean condition we will be unable to work on the footwear or return them to one of our suppliers for resoling.
