Situated in the picturesque village of Whalley in the Ribble Valley, we are a multi-award winning, family run outdoor shop and one of the best places in the country to purchase footwear and clothing specifically designed for the very changeable British weather.
Founded in 2000 by Jon Smith, Whalley Warm and Dry has come a long way since it’s humble beginnings. By continually investing in footwear and insoles, along with the latest innovative technology and specialised training, we now attract customers from across the country for our Specialist Boot Fitting Service, our expertise and boots available in 5 different widths.
Our hand-picked high quality brands and unrivalled customer service are reflected in our tally of fourteen national awards which include ‘Best Independent Outdoor Footwear Retailer’ at the Footwear Industry Awards 2017, the Walk reader award for ‘Best Independent Outdoors Retailer’ and 'Retail Experience Award' at the Lancashire Tourism Awards 2017.
