Specialist Footwear Fitting Service

If you want your feet properly measured and boots/shoes expertly fitted, this is the service for you! Our multi-award-winning fitting service helps you to find footwear that is the right size, width and shape from our range of over 170 different fittings.

Footwear Assistance

If you’ve been fitted by us in the last 3 years and would like another pair of footwear or you don’t want our full fitting service, this is the appointment for you! Or if you would like help with your own footwear.

Aftersales Service

If you’ve bought footwear from us and would like a follow-up appointment to help with any niggles or arrange further stretching, this is the service for you!

I would like to book a double appointment for myself and my partner/ friend?

Please make two separate appointments. All our appointments are staggered so you can see all available appointments on each day.

I would like to book a boot fitting and custom-made insoles?

If you would like a boot fitting with us plus custom-made insoles courtesy of The Foot & Insole Specialist, please call us on 01254 822 220 and we can arrange this for you.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are required for everyone interested in our footwear, even if you do not wish to be measured as part of our Specialist Boot Fitting Service or if you have been measured by us before.

Making an appointment ensures there is a member of staff to give you the assistance and advice you need.
