I have recently purchased these boots and from stepping into the shop to leaving the whole fitting experience was superb. I have a g fitting with a high arch in step these boots were recommended and a few others, but I chose the meran gtx so comfortable in the shop and so comfortable when I took them off after a 7.5 mile hike. Horrendous conditions underfoot but they kept me warm and dry, thank you whalley outdoor for your excellent service and advice.
