These are excellent! I already have a pair which I usein walking boots under my orthotics and in ordinary shoes and boots to absorb shocks on pavements and tracks. They are soooo thin that they are unnoticeable and replace the thicker manufacturers’ ones in my Riker boots and any other footwear which is a bit snug as give you that extra bit of room but with more shock resistance. Can be cut to size. Very long wearing. My two year old ones are still like new. Highly recommended
