In the glittering Tower Ballroom at Blackpool Tower, Whalley Warm & Dry joined the county’s best tourism businesses to see who had won the prestigious and much coveted Lancashire Tourism Awards.
We were absolutely delighted when our names were announced by presenter of Drive on BBC Radio 5 Live, Tony Livesey, as the winner of the ‘Retail Experience’ award.
We believe the ‘Retail Experience’ award is fantastic recognition of the customer service we provide at Whalley Warm and Dry. We really do try to go the extra mile to provide a friendly, relaxing, helpful and informative experience for all those who take the time to visit us from across the country.
We are very proud of what the Ribble Valley and Lancashire as a whole has to offer. With so many award winning places to eat, breathtaking countryside to explore and wonderful places to shop, we urge our customers to make a day of it when visiting Whalley Warm & Dry. We have compiled a list of just some of the many fantastic places to visit in the Ribble Valley – Make A Day Of It.

We would like to thank all those who supported the Lancashire Tourism Awards and congratulate all the wonderful winners and worthy finalists.
