I love this gel. My daughter-in-law bought some for me after I had visited the shop and smelled it. I’ve used it on my feet when they’re tired after a days walking and find they’re refreshed by the next morning. I’ve also used it on other aches and pains in my muscles. It rubs in easily and creates a pleasant warming feeling in the area concerned. It smells great. I would recommend it as a great product to aid recovery.

For me this works, I’ve tried this small sample style sized tube more for testing before buying the larger tube. After a days work it works, so will more than likely buy larger version for when out hiking.
